At CMTS…..
We are continuing to work on the warehouse. Please keep praying as we organize the final push towards completion. We have three different contractors who are trying to help us finish up this project.
Andy’s trip to Belize was very good. He was able to clean up around the property and plan for the trip in January. Early in the trip was when Hurricane Earl ripped through Belize. He was able to repair some damage from that event.
In our loaner vehicle program, we have 57 fleet cars and minivans, 2 coach buses, 2 15-passenger vans, 1 sprinter van, and 4 school buses. We’ve had 25 vans and buses and 60 fleet cars out since April. That’s our normal summer rush, but it seems like we are having a fall rush as well. Most of these cars are out again.
Missionary Spotlight: Airport runs
A ministry service we offer is transportation to and from local airports and sometimes bus stations. When missionaries return or leave here after deputation, they often have problems finding transportation. We offer pre-arranged drivers to places like Newark, Baltimore, Allentown, and Reading. In most cases, we bring them or take them in the same cars they’ve borrowed from us while on their stay in the US. All we charge is the basic cost of fuel, tolls, and wear on the cars. Some of the drivers are local church members who want to help serve. If you are interested on being on the list of airport run drivers, contact CMTS and ask for Stephen Nemec.
