Dear Supporters,
Mission/Vocation work
The last and final vocation I have is the detail shop, where Grace and I are learning how to clean and fix cars. Doug Sylva is our teacher for this vocation and it has been very exciting working with him. Hilda, Doug’s wife, makes us tea when we take our break and we get to hang out and have great conversations about life.
We have been getting ready for our trip to Mexico. We leave March 27th and get back on April 4th. There we will be helping the YWAM base and going out and sharing the gospel with people. I am excited but also nervous.
Personal Life
I got to go home this weekend and Grace got to go with me. I really enjoyed spending time with my family. I got to clean my snake Grrr’s cage and hold her. Grace, Joey, and I went to Wegmans to get stuff to make sushi. We celebrated my birthday this weekend. My birthday is the 23rd of March and I will be turning nineteen. I honestly do not know how to feel about that.
My dog, Bitty, was really excited to see me. She was jumping up and down. Joey still has three guinea pig’s so if anyone wants any. Get them while you still can. Phoenix was being herself. She tried to attack me but my sister saved me from the horrors that could have ensued by this bird. She was definitely planning my downfall, she was giving the evil eye stare. I think she has a toe fetish, because my sister said that she will try to steal them. I guess she’s not like other girls. Anyways, enough about her. I really enjoyed seeing my family because I missed them.
Prayer Requests
- Pray that Mexico goes well and that God will give me the strength and courage to talk to someone there about Him.
- Pray that I figure out what I want to do after CMTS.
Love, Emilia <3
