Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Well the trip to Maine over Christmas will be remembered for a long time…exposure to COVID so we had to cancel most appointments, everyone at Misti’s got the flu and our car died in New Jersey on the way home. Everything is good now. They are all healthy and the car is fixed.
We are still averaging 35 a week at Good News Club (on Thursdays) and they are very good at listening.
Ray started taking the seats and televisions out of the bus in preparation for remodel.
I booked the motel room for the mission trip to Samaratin’s Purse and it’s non refundable, so pray for good weather February 3-8. Google says 11.5 hours to Aurora, Illinois. Volunteers pack the boxes with items that were chosen by the online donor (8,522 so far this year) and support the packing line by restocking items, taping and placing boxes in cartons, stacking and palletizing the cartons to spread the Gospel message to hard-to-reach areas.
We are also starting monthly craft days at church to make items for next years boxes. Don’t forget to pray the boxes get safely to the child God has in mind for them.
Thank you for your faithfulness that allows us to serve where he sends us. We couldn’t do it without all of you.
Our annual banquet is February 22…great chance to come visit and see all that goes on at CMTS.
