Pete’s Post | June 2023

I think God must laugh when we make plans.

I did not take the train to Maine. We ended up going a week earlier to bury our oldest Daughter, Melissa. Psalm 30:5

Ray did not come home while I stayed with a friend. His allergies got so bad he got coughing and passed out on me twice. He wasn’t able to drive back alone so he ended up staying in Maine also. He is doing much better and we are still waiting on referrals to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

We have not bought the bus yet. Waiting on God to supply the finances.

The Equip program has wrapped up for the first year and I really miss those students. We are looking forward to what the next session brings.

The septic system is coming along slowly.

Ray got the new flooring laid on the third floor this week while Joel and Danielle are in Costa Rica seeing what CMTS can do there.

Tuesday- Thursday this week is our annual staff retreat. Pray that we will be refreshed in the Lord and closer as a staff.

Continue to pray for the Wednesday night small group.

Misti and family will be traveling down next Sunday to spend the week. Please pray for safety.

Ezra 3:13 May we weep for the things God does, shout for joy in all his working and serve him during both.

Thank you for your faithfulness that allows us to do this.
