Mission Work
We welcomed a new staff member to CMTS! You may remember him from Equip last year, Donovan Checket! After coming home from Mexico from 5 months of ministry & evangelizing training, he wanted to continue in full time ministry and picked CMTS. Woo hoo! We are so thrilled to have him back! He really is a great asset to our team. He is a great team player and has a heart for people. He also brings a lot of joy and fun to the team. He is working with Justin in the Warehouse Distribution Center!
We hosted our very first Food Festival, and it was a success! We were able to showcase 7 different ministries that we work with, while serving really yummy food, and also raising WAY more than we anticipated! We loved the unity of the ministries working together to show what they do, but also what CMTS has done to help further the Gospel message in each of their ministries. The testimonies from each ministry were amazing. I am honored to be a part of what they are doing and to be able to spur them on towards more!
I am so thankful we get to be their encouragement, and seeing a few of the ministries we get to serve in one room was beautiful. God has really blessed our ministry. We serve an awesome God!!! I (Danielle) did not get to see very much of the event since I spent a lot of time in the back keeping things moving along, but we had so many amazing volunteers that it didn’t matter. Each of them knew what to do and did it so well. We had fun making national drinks to sell too. The Zobo tea from Nigeria was our best seller, and I was not expecting that! It was quite tasty though. Our goal for the fundraiser was $24,000 to help us with 2 months of operating expenses. We blasted through that goal and raised $31,000! God is so so so good!
Home Life
Peyton had to quit McDonald’s because he was not getting enough hours and got a job at Arby’s! He is getting a good amount of hours and says he enjoys it more than McDonalds
To celebrate my 40th birthday and to have our couple’s trip away to keep our marriage healthy, we were able to find a cheap cruise that went through the Bahamas, Mexico, and Belize! It was amazing!
Homeschool Corner
Kylie is finishing up her history for the year, World History, and is making her final project, the Colosseum! Here she is attaching the sides to her floor. You can also see Joel behind her, we were having computer issues that day too! Fun parts of homeschooling, you get to be IT help and diagnose issues and be flexible and work around things that go wrong!! LOL
Jase is wrapping up his year in science, which is flying animals and insects. We use Apologia as our curriculum and I am so thankful for the extra ideas from them to help each child learn ways their brain likes to learn things.
Jase and Parker took an art class in co-op and here they are doing cross stitch. I wasn’t sure how Jase was going to like this and he said it wasn’t that bad, I think he actually enjoyed it! LOL
Upcoming Mission Trips
Monterrey, Mexico
July 5-12, 2025 We are taking a team of skilled and unskilled people to Mexico. We will be helping to build onto a men’s rehab facility, evangelize, encourage the ministries we work alongside, and anything else that God leads us too. We will also be praying with the community and doing kids’ ministry. *This has changed as we felt God pushing us in this direction. Both are very big needs, but we felt this was a bigger push as to what we should be doing for this trip. We have worked with Pastor Adrian for many years now and love seeing these guys come to Jesus and be set free from their bondage of sin. So, so, so neat!
Montego Bay, Jamaica
September14 – 20, 2025. We are joining another ministry called Global Hope International to serve the Montego Bay Area in Jamaica. Their team will be doing medical missions and we will have a day with them praying for the patients and learning how that part of the mission works. Our group will be focusing on a school for the deaf. They need some repairs and some fencing completed at the school. We will be forging relationships with the students and staff at the school as well! We are looking for skilled workers and also people who can pray with, play with, and add some extra joy to the lives of the people at the school.

Family Needs
Support
We are very grateful for the team of supporters we have. Thank you! We are currently at $2,300 monthly and where we need to be is $4,000. This covers what we need to live each month as this is our only income. It has been by the grace and provision of God that we are making it. We could really use your help. Prayers and awareness of this need to others is much appreciated!
Would you like to join our team? We need your help to continue to accomplish God’s vision for us at the ministry. Would you join us as a monthly supporter so we can continue the work God has started? We want to take you along for the journey and we would be honored to be able to share the experience with you. You would become part of the team and we would share how God is working and the impact it is having on His Kingdom. Please pray and ask God if you should join us.
