Psalm 113:2-4 Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and forevermore! From the rising of the sun to its going down The Lord’s name is to be praised. The Lord is high above all nations, His glory above the heavens.
VBS was enjoyed by all and 94 children heard a clear presentation of the gospel.
There were four children at CEF camp that made professions of faith in Christ.
The mission trip went great. Neither Ray or I had any issues. (except when our flight was delayed, so we had to rush all over the airport to clear customs and catch the next flight, but we made it). God gave us both His strength to keep going for two weeks and kept us all from injury, even sunburn. The men were able to finish digging the foundation and get the walls started. They got the water, generator, electric and cement mixer all working. Pat and I cut lots of wire and then wired the rebar together for the foundation.
It was exciting to see the progress that had been made since our last trip and also to see the vision for the completed camp where many will come to meet Christ and grow in their faith. We got to spend Sunday at the daughter church and share with the ladies there.
It was rainy season and each morning it said 60-65 percent chance of rain starting at noon. That would have made working down in the hole very difficult as well as the road up the mountain treacherous. God held off the rain until just before we left…two weeks of no rain!!
Philippians 1:6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
There are three new Equip students, Robert, Charles and Malakai. Pray that they will grow in their commitment to Christ and find out what he has planned for the next steps in their future.
Thank you for your faithful prayers and support.
